Booking Policy

All new and returning patients are REQUIRED to pay a non-refundable deposit of $150 for injectables or $75 for facial services. This will be credited to your appointment cost day of. If deposit has not been made within 48 hours, your appointment is forfeited.

We allow for a 10 minute grace period if you’re running late. After that you will be charged our $200 no call no show fee. We want to provide all our patients the time they are scheduled for without rushing appointments.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If done less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, a $200 cancellation fee will be charged. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

We understand if you are sick or have an unforeseen circumstance, however, we allow for one rescheduled appointment. IF, you do not show up for your rescheduled appointment you will be charged $200 for the previous appointment and the rescheduled appointment.

Refund Policy

All services and treatments at Aeterna Aesthetics are non-refundable. Aesthetic treatment results will vary patient to patient, and aside from certain touch-ups done at follow-up appointments, any additional treatments needed to achieve desired results will be priced as an additional treatment.
