Frequently Asked Questions

  • Am I required to book a consultation?

You are welcome to book a free consultation before your appointment to discuss your goals, treatment plan and price quote. We can also do a same day consultation at your appointment.

  • How do I know what treatment to get?

Book a consultation with one of our experts! During your consultation we will discuss your goals, options and budget to come up with a personalized treatment plan to fit your needs.

  • Can I receive treatments while I'm pregnant?

Unfortunately we cannot administer Botox, Dermal Filler or Microneedling treatments to patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • How far in advance should I schedule treatment before a big event?

We recommend receiving treatment at least 2 weeks prior to a big event. This gives your Botox enough time to set in, your filler time to settle and your skin time to heal.

  • How Long Do Lip Fillers Last?

There are a number of factors that affect the longevity of lip filler such as: the type of filler, your age, lifestyle and metabolism. We recommend coming in for touch ups to maintain the shape and your desired volume.

  • What is the difference between Botox and Dermal Fillers?

Botox temporarily paralyzes the muscles that create fine lines and wrinkles through repetitive movement. Fillers restore volume loss, add shape and plump the areas it is injected into.

  • What is the difference between Botox, Jeuveau and Dysport?

Botox, Jeuveau and Dysport are all brands of FDA approved neurotoxins. When injected into the targeted treatment areas they relax the muscles limiting the movement that causes fine lines and wrinkles. All 3 products work to achieve the same result but are produced by different manufacturers. At your appointment our injectors will help you choose the best neurotoxin for you.

  • What Should I Avoid Before My Appointment?

Avoid blood thinning medications and supplements during the week before (aspirin, ibuprofen, Gingko Biloba, Ginseng) Avoid alcohol and caffeine 24 hours before your appointment. This will help minimize bruising after the treatment. *Always check with your doctor before discontinuing any medications.
