VITAMIN K
Having a Vitamin K deficiency can cause you to bruise more easily. Supplementing with Vitamin K before and after your treatment can help to minimize the risk of bruising especially when combined with arnica! You can aid the blood clotting process by eating foods rich in Vitamin K such as green leafy veggies, fermented dairy, and Brussels sprouts.

FRESH PINEAPPLE
Bromelain is an enzyme found in fresh pineapple that contains strong anti-inflammatory properties. It is believed to break down the proteins that keep fluid in the tissue after an injury. This helps reduce the risk and shorten the lifetime of a bruise.
